These Terms of Use ("Legal Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Calzy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Services.

Calzy is an AI receptionist and scheduling automation platform that helps businesses manage bookings, customer communication, reminders, and calendar workflows.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

We recommend printing or saving a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

1. Our Services

Calzy provides AI-powered scheduling, booking, customer communication, reminder, and automation tools for businesses and professionals.

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, messaging services, and communication channels such as:

  • Instagram
  • WhatsApp
  • SMS

The Services are intended for lawful business and scheduling purposes only.

Users accessing the Services from outside their local jurisdiction are responsible for compliance with local laws.

6. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.

  • or your activity harms the Services or others.

We may also discontinue or modify the Services at any time.

7. Modifications and Interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, delays, or service errors.

8. Governing Law

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia.

9. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

Restrictions

Disputes must be brought individually and not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

10. Corrections

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted service,
  • error-free operation,
  • or complete accuracy.

Calzy provides AI-generated outputs and automation features that may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

Users are responsible for reviewing booking details, customer communications, and calendar actions before relying on them.

You are also responsible for maintaining authorized access to any connected third-party integrations, including Google Calendar and messaging platforms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calzy and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • lost profits,
  • lost revenue,
  • lost data,
  • business interruption,
  • consequential damages,
  • or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us during the previous 12 months, if any.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Calzy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Services,
  • your violation of these Terms,
  • your violation of third-party rights,
  • or misuse of integrations and connected platforms.

14. User Data

We may store and process data transmitted through the Services to provide functionality, maintain performance, and improve the platform.

Although we perform backups, you are responsible for your own data and records.

We are not liable for loss or corruption of user data.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us.

You agree that electronic notices, agreements, disclosures, and records satisfy legal communication requirements.

16. Miscellaneous

These Legal Terms constitute the full agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of rights.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms.
